Our butcher expertly prepares a wide range of quality meat carefully sourced from local farms that breed happy animals. You’ll also find meat from Greenlands own-reared, well-stroked animals. Favourites with regulars include our bacon, lamb burgers and pork sausages made to a secret recipe passed down from Farmer Roger’s family.

All the meat for Wellies is supplied by the butchery so you can try it first in the cafe. And when you do come to the counter, look for our recipe cards, full of seasonal inspiration for home cooking.
