At 6pm each night Wellies Café is transformed into a little piece of Italy. Italian husband and British wife team Vanessa and Ciro Cappiello create delivious, authentic dishes. Think gourmet, stone baked pizzas. Think spaghetti bolognese, made with a traditional sauce. Think too tender Filetto Rossini, a 10oz steak sautéed in Maderia cream sauce served on a crouton topped with pate.
