Couples, friends and families can have a wonderful day out with us (whatever the Lancashire weather brings!)

On our open farm you can pat storybook farm animals, ride a horse and trap, pedal (size permitting!) a mini tractor, lark about in a straw play barn, race round the barn on the go-carts and picnic by the paddocks.

In our artisan village, you can meet talented crafts people, discover regional produce, savour home cooked fayre, and treat yourself to hand-selected gifts, plants and wines.

Half term at Greenlands

Sports Weekend Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th May
Join us on the Open Farm for lots of holiday fun. The farm staff will get you moooving by organising egg and spoon races, sack races, three legged races and lots more…

Little Farmers Wanted Monday 27th May – Fri 31st May @ 10.30am
Why not bring your little farmer along to help our farm staff collect eggs for the Farm Shop, feed the rabbits and guinea pigs, groom the donkeys and more.
Starts at 10.30am and will finish by noon. children must be 3 or over and must be accompanied. Normal Farm admission charges apply.

Kids cake decorating – When you buy a cupcake for £1 in Wellies cafe this half term, you can decorate it yourself with a choice of buttercream, sprinkles, choc chips, silver balls, white stars, glimmer and more! Then enter a photo of it into our competition and you might win a FREE family farm pass!

Two For A Tenner Tuesday – 2 people can have soup of the day, a choice of sandwich and tea or coffee all for £10 **
Toddler Terrific Wednesdays & Thursdays – “Half Price” childs meal when you buy an adults meal from the New Wellies Lunchtime Menu – excludes soup and side orders
Fish Friday – 2 of our fantastic fish and chips from our Wellies lunchtime menu for only £14 in Wellies cafe every Friday.
Cream tea’s every day from 3pm – Why not enjoy a homemade scone with butter, jam & clotted cream with a hot drink for £3.00 after 3pm. BUT….when they’ve all gone, they’ve gone!!

Chainsaw Carving Demos
Elsewhere on-site, be sure to look out for Rolande, local artist extraordinaire, who uses a chainsaw to turn logs into incredible carvings. Please do call her on 07831 896541 before making your trip to see Rolande as she spends a lot of time travelling the North West demonstrating at country shows and isn’t always on site.

Drop-in Pottery Sessions & Weekend Pottery Club
If you enjoy all things creative, remember that our resident ceramist Wyn Abbot is continuing to run regular drop-in have-a-go pottery classes for children and adults at set times on Saturdays and Sundays. Wyn’s weekend Pottery Club sessions for children are also continuing to run. To find out the latest times and to book a place please call Wyn on 01524 784197.
